366 days ago we celebrated the start of Fiscal Year 2019! Throughout this past fiscal year The Pulse released a total of 13 Pipeline Playbooks aimed to arm Government Contractors with the necessary federal market intelligence required to compete in this fast-paced Federal marketplace.

To celebrate a fresh new Fiscal Year, The Pulse has released our second annual recap of our FY19 Pipeline Playbooks.

Pre-Solicitation Bids

  • Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was the most active with marketing pre-solicitation activities and/or conducting market research followed by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
